2000 Axios Release
Date - February 2003
Final 2000 blend was completed May 2002.
Rigorous selection was maintained.
Approximately 25% of total production was kept out of the final
blend to ensure the highest quality possible. 550 cases will be bottled
after aging in French oak (75% new) for 22 months. The blend is very
similar to our 1999 with the majority of the wine chosen, produced from
Sacrashe Vineyard grapes.
